Welcome to Intensity Cheer Extreme.
We are a successful competitive cheerleading academy based in Gravesham and Medway, Kent. ICE academy was founded in August 2013 and we currently have 140 athletes from age 4-adult.
Cheerleading is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK. It involves, stunting, tumbling, jumps & dance, and is packed into an energetic routine lasting 2 and a half minutes. We have won many regional, national and grand champion titles and will be the first team in Kent to attend the World Championships in Florida this season.
Here at Intensity Cheer Extreme, we aim to be the best we can be in a fun and safe environment! We are more than just a team...we are a family!

Heat (Junior 3) - 4:30-6:30
Force (Youth 1)- 6:00-7:30

Icicles (Tiny prep 1) - 9:45-10:45
Energy (Mini 1) - 9:15-10:45
Energy Tumble - 10:45-11:15
Shock (Youth 2)- 10:30-12:00
Tumbling - 12:00-1:00
