




Meet our Elite Teams!
We have 4 Elite teams for the 2014-2015 season of varying levels and ages. All our teams train once 3 hours per week and are highly competitive, therefore these teams require a high level of commitment. These teams compete at a high level for their respective age groups and there is a minimum requirement for a place on one of these teams.

Shock - Youth level 2 (ages 8-11)
Shock had a fantastic undefeated season in the youth 2 division last season! They also won grand champions at Future cheer Internationals!
Majority of the team aged out at the end of last season and only 5 members remain, so we are looking forward to the challenge ahead with our younger athletes!
Minimum requirement:
- Forward walkover round off back Handspring
- Back Walkover Back Handspring
Training:
Tuesday 5:00-6:30
Saturday 10:30-12:00

Heat - Junior level 3
Heat is our junior team for ages 10-14 years. They competed in the level 4 division last season and were undefeated all year!
Due to some athletes aging out and lots of athletes moving up from level 2, Heat will compete in the tough level 3 division! We are very excited to have lots of competition this year and will be working very hard!
Minimum Requirement:
- Round off tuck
- Toe touch Back handspring series
Training:
Friday 4:30-6:30
Sunday 5:00-6:00

Ice 5 - Senior level 5
Ice 5 was formed half way through last season with the aim of getting some experience in the level 5 division. The team did fantastic and although they had limited training, became national champions in the small division at ICC Nationals. At Future Cheer nationals Ice 5 won a bid to compete at the World Championships in Florida 2016.
This year Ice 5 will be a full year team and will be working hard to progress in the tough all girl 5 division and will be competing on the Worlds Stage!
Minimum Requirement:
- Jump to tuck
- Round of Full twist
- (Or be a competent base/flyer at level 5 stunt skills)
Training:
Sunday 5:00-8:00 (Meapa Gymnastics Club)

Junior Elite - Junior level 5
This is our development team for our elite youth/junior athletes working level 5 skills. We are very excited by the progress of our younger athletes!
This team will act as a feeder into our senior level 5 team and will be training minimum once a month.
Minimum Requirement:
- level 4 tumbles
