Intensity Cheer Extreme is a successful competitive Cheerleading Academy based in Kent. We have teams training in Swanscombe, Gravesend and Medway. ICE Academy was founded in August 2013 and are now going into our 3rd season!

 

We are 2013, 2014 & 2015 National Champions and currently the premier team in Kent, winning 5 National titles at Future Cheer Internationals in July 2015. Our level 5 team has also won a bid to compete at the Cheerleading World Championships 2016 in Florida!

 

Cheerleading is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK. It merges stunts, tumbling, jumps & dance, and is packed into an energetic routine lasting 2 and a half minutes.

 

ICE is now over 140 members strong and has 9 teams for all abilities and ages 4-adult. Our teams will compete 2-5 times this season, both at a regional and national level! We will also be available for displays at local community events and will  be performing at our annual showcase.

 

At Intensity Cheer Extreme we believe that our athletes learn life lessons that take them much further than their cheerleading journey. Athletes learn that to be successful they have to work as part of a team, whilst building new friendships that last a life-time. We notice self-confidence increased amongst lots of our athletes as they feel part or our ICE family.
